The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customer-initiated enquiries (no cold calling) Conduct thorough fact-finding conversations over the phone Advise clients on life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection Convert leads into policies while delivering outstanding customer service Manage your time and pipeline effectively Collaborate with your Sales Manager and support team Meet and exceed performance targets

About You

Minimum 3 years of protection insurance sales experience (required) In-depth knowledge of protection products and providers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Strong organisational and time management abilities Thrive in a collaborative team environment

Competitive base salary: 27,500 - 35,000 OTE 60,000+ (uncapped commission & bonus structure) 20 days holiday (rising to 25 days with service) Extended weekend every week (early Friday finish!)
