We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time work from home role . The Protection Specialist will be responsible for managing their own pipeline, communicating effectively with clients, providing advice on a wide range of protection products from Income Protection, Life Insurance & Critical Illness Cover to Executive IP and Relevant Life Plans. OTE of 40K to 80K per year

Duties
Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Drive sales through effective negotiation and persuasive communication techniques.
Utilise IT systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Skills
A minimum of 2 years previous experience in an advised / non-advised protection sales role is essential. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Knowledge of financial protection products is essential
A driven attitude with the ability to motivate oneself and others towards achieving goals.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes for both the company and customers.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
