LS Roofing Ltd has secured a
Commercial Contract across the North of England
, deliveringemergency call-outs, routine roof maintenance, liquid roofing works, and follow-up repairs
for major commercial clients.We're looking for
experienced Liquid Roofers
or establishedRoofing Companies
in theNorth of England
who are seekingextra earning potential
and consistent work with a trusted national roofing contractor.The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Attending
emergency call-outs
and carrying outroof repairs and maintenance
. Installing, maintaining, and repairingliquid roofing systems
andflat roofs
. Providingcomprehensive condition reports
(before & after photos, written report, and follow-up recommendations). Inspecting and reporting ongutters and roof drainage systems
. Ensuring all works meetLS Roofing's safety and quality standards
. Maintaining regularcommunication
with our operations and admin team.What We're Looking For
? Proven experience working with
liquid roofing systems
(PU, PMMA, GRP, or similar).? Strong attention to detail and
high-quality workmanship
.?
Organised, dependable
, and capable of working independently.? Excellent
reporting and communication skills
.? Based in the
North of England
, willing to travel across regions for projects.Requirements
Must have your
own vehicle and tools
. ValidIPAF licence
(scissor lift or cherry picker). Ability to producephoto documentation
and detailedcondition reports
.Public liability insurance
(for companies). Availability foremergency call-outs
and maintenance visits.What We Offer
