LS Roofing Ltd has secured a
Commercial Contract across Scotland
, deliveringemergency call-outs, general roof maintenance, liquid roofing works, and follow-up repairs
for commercial sites.We're looking for
experienced Liquid Roofers
or establishedRoofing Companies
inScotland
seekingextra earning potential
and consistent ongoing work with a trusted national contractor.The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Attending
emergency roofing call-outs
and completingrepairs and maintenance
to a high professional standard. Installing and maintainingliquid roofing systems
andflat roof repairs
. Providingcondition reports
(before & after photos, written report, and notes on any follow-up works). Inspecting and reporting onguttering and roof drainage
conditions. Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line withLS Roofing's quality and compliance standards
. Maintainingclear communication
with our head office and project management teams.What We're Looking For
? Proven track record in
liquid roofing systems
(polyurethane, PMMA, GRP, etc.)? High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
?
Reliable
,organised
, and able to work independently.? Strong communication and reporting skills.
? Based in
Scotland
, with flexibility to travel across regions.Requirements
Own vehicle
and full set of tools. ValidIPAF licence
(scissor lift or cherry picker). Ability to supplyphoto documentation
andcondition reports
.Public liability insurance
(for companies). Willingness to respond toemergency call-outs
