Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of issues. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to support case preparation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective strategies for client representation. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact clients' interests.

Requirements

Caseworker / Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
