We are seeking a skilled Female or Male Barber to join our team at 021 barbers in North West London . The ideal candidate should have a passion for cutting hair and have experience in doing all kinds of style including skin fades as well as styling, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service as well as being tidy and clean who is also an edgy person who not only has a vibe but also has that wow factor ....

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, skin fades and many more styles
- Provide professional advice to clients on hair care and grooming products
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations and tools
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men's grooming

- Opening of the saloon, checking appointments, and cleaning the saloon when needed.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Barber with proficiency in traditional and modern barbering techniques

- Have at least 4 years experience within the Barber profession.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Qualification in Barbering or relevant certification is desirable but not essential

Payment as Follows

- set rate starting at 115/140 daily + commission which is paid weekly and depending on experience we are willing to negotiate .

either part time being 3 days or full time positions are available and are flexible on the days and can talk in person.
