About the Role

We are seeking an

experienced Manufacturing Manager

to lead and organise our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time role requiring a hands-on, highly organised individual who can oversee processes, manage teams, and ensure production runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations Organise and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency Manage, support, and motivate production staff Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are met at all times Monitor output and implement continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with senior management to meet production targets and business objectives

Requirements

Substantial previous experience in a manufacturing management role (essential) Strong leadership and organisational skills Proven track record in improving processes and achieving production targets Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
