Your challenge

Deponti is a leading Dutch brand in outdoor living solutions. Think stylish aluminium verandas, louvered roofs, glass sliding doors and more. We've grown rapidly across Europe and the UK with a strong network of partners. We don't just build products. We build long-term partnerships.

In the UK, the outdoor living category is still developing. That's where you come in. We're looking for an experienced marketer who knows how to localise a global brand strategy. Someone who's both creative and analytical. Someone who understands the power of data, but also knows how to turn that into action. Strategic and hands on. A storyteller who wants to make the Deponti brand come alive in the UK.

Your impact

You'll be the local marketing lead for the UK and Ireland, working closely with our marketing team in the Netherlands, and marketer in Germany, and working closely with the UK sales team. Your goal? Build brand awareness, generate leads for our partners, support our dealers, and make sure everyone knows what a Deponti is.

Your role includes

Translating Deponti's global brand and marketing strategy into powerful UK campaigns

Work closely with our salesteam as one: all with the purpose of showing that we are more than just a supplier: we're builders of strong partnerships for outdoor living solutions

Using data driven marketing tools, including Meta campaigns, to drive and improve lead generation

Launching creative, seasonal campaigns that get attention and results

Supporting dealers with localised marketing materials, sales tools and visuals

Managing UK social media and content production with the right tone and relevance

Setting up marketing collaborations with partners to boost visibility

Keeping our UK sales team aligned and inspired, while using their insights to sharpen the marketing approach

Making sure our ongoing marketing activities continue (like printing stuff, creating newsletters / newsflashes, etc)

Organising fairs, showroom launches and dealer events with creative flair

Using CRM and optimize marketing automation to identify and unlock commercial opportunities

Acting as our eyes and ears in the UK market: spotting trends, analysing competitors and responding fast

Who we're looking for

You're a confident, experienced marketer who wants to build -- not just maintain. You understand how to create momentum in a B2B environment. You thrive in a culture where freedom and responsibility go hand in hand.

You bring

5+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B is a plus)

A strong understanding of data, performance marketing and automation -- this is a must

A proven track record of campaigns that connect and convert

A creative mindset and hands on skills, from concept to execution

Experience with content creation, campaign management, social media and CRM

Strong project management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit

Excellent written and spoken English: you know how to tell a great story

Affinity with outdoor living, design or construction? That's a big bonus
