We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Mortgage Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, office-based position offering flexibility in working days to suit your schedule. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our mortgage advisers and ensuring a smooth client journey from application to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full administration process of mortgage applications from submission to completion
Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to progress cases efficiently
Maintain accurate records and update internal CRM systems
Prepare and process documentation, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
Provide regular updates to clients and advisers on application progress
Handle general administrative duties as required to support the team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a mortgage administration role
Strong understanding of the mortgage application process and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
