We are currently seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Trader with Site Team Leader

experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on site with your team to manage the project. Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and health & safety. Manage and coordinate a team of site workers and subcontractors. Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve any delays. Ensure works are completed within the agreed budget and scope. Liaise with project managers and office staff to maintain clear communication and reporting. Order materials and manage site logistics efficiently.

Work on the tools as part of the team, actively contributing to daily site tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader with Site Team Leader experience within the construction industry.

Strong multi-trade experience

(e.g., 1st & 2nd fix carpentry, basic plumbing, groundworks, drainage, all trades considered, etc.). Experience in extension and loft conversion from start to finish. Ability to lead by example through hands-on work and problem-solving. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent time management and organisational abilities. Good understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Full UK driving licence preferred.
