Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role Competence across multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating (additional skills a bonus) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Full UK driving licence preferred Good communication skills and team collaboration Commitment to high-quality work and excellent customer service

Job Summary:

Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations across void and tenanted properties Work on residential and commercial projects, independently or with the team Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations Deliver a high standard of workmanship and client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Complete multi-trade repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently Work to deadlines while maintaining quality standards Follow procedures and accurately record data Use company tools and equipment safely Uphold company values and professionalism on site

Desirable Skills:

Experience in social housing Ability to lay non-slip vinyl flooring (Polysafe) Knowledge of using a PDA (training provided)
