We are currently seeking an Experienced Multi-Trades Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, motivated individual with strong leadership skills to manage both reactive and planned works across a range of multi-trade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

????o?????Supervise and manage teams or individual's delivering reactive and planned maintenance works

????o?????Ensure high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance on all sites

????o?????Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

????o?????Monitor progress, allocate resources, and provide on-site support and guidance

????o?????Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control across all works

Essential Requirements:

????o?????Clean UK driving licence

????o?????Proven experience supervising and managing multi-trade teams across reactive and planned maintenance works

????o?????SSSTS or SMSTS certification

????o?????Valid First Aid qualification

????o?????Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

????o?????Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently when required
