Job Summary

A well established construction company working in the domestic and residential building sector dedicated to serving the SW postcodes of London. We specialize in a wide range of services, from general maintenance to full refurbishments, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our clients in their homes.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts & Trades supervisor to assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our team across our works.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a ideally a background in at least 1 trade.

This role is crucial in managing projects and maintaining high standards of performance & quality within the team.

Responsibilities

Day to day supervision of operatives at various sites Pre, during & Post inspections of works Organising and allocating operative workload daily Travelling between properties (All local to the office) Liaising with the client and tenants over works

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within a domestic housing environment Experience in 1 or multiple trades ( carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrics) Previous client facing experience Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.

What we offer:

Salary between 30,000 - 35,000 dependent on experience Company Van Mobile
