Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain organized office files and documents
- Assist in computerizing office operations
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Keep accurate Plant records

- Liaise with customers to organise work as required
- Conduct data entry and clerical duties

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in an office environment is required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

- Driving licence and own transport are essential
