Birmingham office with 2 locations. Meetings and consultations in the city centre office, daily admin work at private home office location, occasionally remote.
Reporting to:
the Office Manager / Directors.
What you will do:
Provide professional front-desk and phone/email support.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minute meetings.
Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Create short social media posts and 30-90 second promotional videos for Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
Post content, monitor engagement, and prepare simple analytic snapshots.
Handle light invoicing, expense records and supplier communications.
Maintain filing.
What we require (non-negotiable):
Minimum 2 years continuous office-based experience in an administrative or secretarial role; (experience in stores, warehouses, domestic or childcare roles will not meet this requirement).
Verified references from previous employers confirming role title and dates.
Higher education diploma or university degree.
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel (basic formulas and tables), PowerPoint.
Proven social media experience across Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok with examples.
Demonstrable video production/editing experience; include links to 1-3 short videos you recorded/edited.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
