The Role

As Operations & Project Administrator, you'll support day-to-day business operations and assist with project delivery. You'll also play a key role in managing purchasing activities and supplier relationships. This is a dynamic, all-rounder role, perfect for someone who enjoys a bit of everything and wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily running of operations and project administration Raise and process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and track deliveries Provide support in managing inventory and maintain accurate records Assist with coordinating internal/external projects, tracking timelines, and updating stakeholders Prepare documentation, reports, and minutes for internal meetings Ensure data accuracy across systems Provide general administrative support to the team and management Proactively identify areas for improvement and streamline processes
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within operations, projects, or purchasing Confident using Google Suite; experience with inventory or project tools a bonus A proactive and can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks Highly organised and process-driven Meticulous attention to detail Ability to collaborate across the business effectively

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
