Job Description

JOR Property Ltd are an established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.

We are seeking an experienced, time served, Painter & Decorator. Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of Painting / Decorating works. You must also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.

The responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to the following:

Internal / external paint works. Wallpapering. Ames taping.
To be considered for this role, you must:

Fluent in English - spoken and written. Time-Served and experienced. Have a high standard of work. Be able to work on own initiative. Have a positive attitude. Be a good communicator, able to provide clear updates/reports on jobs attended. Able to follow processes and instructions. Have a current full driving licence - company van provided.
We operate a state of the art IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office.

Hourly rate of pay dependant on experience.
