Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting and possess excellent communication skills. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities



Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise. Drive to various job sites as required.

Experience



Proven experience in construction painting is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration with team members and clients. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between job sites. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. Must have a minimum of 10yrs experience in Painting. MUST HAVE AN ENCHANCED DBS CERTIFICATE AS WORKING IN A CHILDRENS SCHOOL.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-170.00 per day
