Job Overview:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisers in providing comprehensive financial planning services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on investment / pension products, financial markets, and regulatory developments.
Analyse and evaluate client financial information to assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans.
Create cash flow models and projections to support financial planning
Assist Financial Advisers in preparing detailed reports summarising financial plans, investment performance, and recommendations.
Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure the accuracy and suitability of financial plans.
Prepare necessary paperwork for client meetings and presentation. Offers alternative planning considerations and challenges the advisers when necessary.
Ability to handle urgent client queries in the absence of the adviser.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensure all financial plans and documentation adhere to regulatory standards.
Engage with clients to gather necessary information and clarify financial goals.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing support and addressing enquiries as needed.
Support the implementation of financial plans by coordinating with relevant departments.
Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for client transactions.
Proactively seeks to improve processes.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service.
Being a mentor for aspiring and trainee paraplanners.
Checking the Paraplanner team's annual suitability letters & recommendation reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
Knowledge & experience of wide range of financial services products
Confidence in determining the advice journey.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Professional demeanour with a strong work ethic
Diploma Qualified

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
