Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced paving and fencing worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various construction trades, enabling them to contribute effectively to our projects. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality workmanship in paving and fencing installations.

Responsibilities

Carry out paving tasks, including the installation of driveways, pathways, and other surfaces. Construct and install fencing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Perform carpentry work as needed, including framing and finishing touches. Execute masonry work for patios, or other structures as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience in paving and fencing work is essential. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools relevant to the construction industry. Ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Physical fitness is required as the role involves manual labour and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. A valid driving licence is preferred.
