We are looking for a new chef to join us on our Neapolitan pizza stall within Chester Market Serving Neapolitan style pizza. with everything made fresh in house.

Up to 40+ hours per week
3/4 nights a week off
Above living wager payer

Cooking all fresh food with a regularly changing menu and monthly specials, input into menus is welcomed and encouraged.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage inventory and assist in food production planning. Provide excellent hospitality to customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Collaborate with team members to streamline kitchen operations and enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on pizza making Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff Background in hospitality and customer service Team management skills, with a focus on food production and restaurant operations
