Job opportunity for an experienced Plumber/Gas Engineer.
Must have own vehicle, hand tools, reliable, good communication and English speaking. Must be able to use initiative and be able to manage a labourer/apprentice (when required) on site.
Experience in Plumbing works, minimum 10years experience
. 1st/2nd Fixes to Bathrooms/Shower/WC/Kitchens, 1st/2nd Fixes to CH systems, Leak Testing, Fitting Waste Pipes and Other General Plumbing and Maintenance works.Experience in Gas Engineering, minimum 10years experience.
Good thorough knowledge of different heating systems, hot water systems. Installation/service/maintenance of Boilers, Water Heaters, Cylinders, Gas Fires, etc, in domestic/residential properties.Works would be carried out over a various of different settings. Customer properties, tenant properties, Student villages, working alongside builders on refurbishment projects, etc.
This position would then lead to a permanent position full time for the right candidate.
A variety of skills with knowledge/experience in other trades would be a bonus and would earn you a better wage. 3-6months probation. Full time. Approx hours 9-5 Monday to Friday. 37.5hrs a week. Based in Leeds and other surrounding areas too.
Salary starting is 43000.00 per year however I'm happy to start the right person on a higher wage depending on the individual and their experience, upto 45500.00
