The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Service Engineer

with strong expertise across

both large format and small format printers

. This hybrid role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working with a wide range of print technologies and supporting customers across multiple environments.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing printers at customer sites, ensuring reliable performance and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of

HP Latex, HP DesignJet, and Epson large format printers

Service and repair of

Xerox and Fujifilm small format printers

Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and software faults Planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown support On-site and remote technical support to customers Customer training and technical guidance where required Accurate completion of service documentation and reports Liaising with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve technical issues

Skills & Experience

Proven experience servicing

both large format and small format printing equipment

Hands-on knowledge of

HP Latex / DesignJet, Epson, Xerox, and Fujifilm

devices (or closely related platforms) Strong software, mechanical, electrical, and IT troubleshooting skills Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities Ability to work independently in a field-based role Strong organisational and time-management skills Full, clean driving licence
