Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our operations team, you'll manage a dynamic portfolio of properties, landlords, and tenants - ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
Keeping meticulous records and documenting all interactions
Handling office emails, calls, and correspondence
Matching people to their perfect property - whether buying, selling, or renting
Conducting tenant referencing checks
Organising appointments, viewings, and valuations
Managing tenant enquiries and property updates
Preparing brochures and keeping listings fresh and up to date
Drafting contracts and ensuring all paperwork is watertight
Staying up to date and working in line with new processes, legislation, and compliance requirements
Keeping landlords/vendors updated and advising on next steps
Attending viewings, inspections, and compiling detailed inventories
Criteria:
A confident communicator with a polite and professional manner
A valid full UK driving licence is
essential
for this role.
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
