We're growing fast - and we're on the hunt for an Experienced Property Administrator who's ready to roll up their sleeves, hit the ground running, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities




As a vital part of our operations team, you'll manage a dynamic portfolio of properties, landlords, and tenants - ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. Your day-to-day will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing clients Keeping meticulous records and documenting all interactions Handling office emails, calls, and correspondence Matching people to their perfect property - whether buying, selling, or renting Conducting tenant referencing checks Organising appointments, viewings, and valuations Managing tenant enquiries and property updates Preparing brochures and keeping listings fresh and up to date Drafting contracts and ensuring all paperwork is watertight Staying up to date and working in line with new processes, legislation, and compliance requirements Keeping landlords/vendors updated and advising on next steps Attending viewings, inspections, and compiling detailed inventories

Criteria:



A confident communicator with a polite and professional manner A valid full UK driving licence is

essential

for this role. Organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A team player who can also take initiative Career focused and committed to your progression Able to work in a fast-paced environment Confident, fast-paced, and self-motivated Focussed on delivering amazing service Detail-driven, accurate, and super-organised A brilliant communicator - written and verbal Experienced in lettings or estate agency with a proven track record Knowledgeable about updated property legislation

Self-disciplined Pleasant and polite manner Neat and clean appearance Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills for dealing with our customers and staff team. Able to prioritise and plan own work and work to meet deadlines. A commitment to equality and diversity. A non-judgmental attitude. Flexible and positive work ethic.

The role holder will need to provide two satisfactory references and the relevant Right to Work documents in the UK
