An opportunity has arisen within the Block Management Department for a new Block Manager to join our friendly vibrant company.

The position would suit a person with a strong record of customer service with a positive friendly outlook. The candidate will need to have 2 years' experience in the Block Management Industry, either as a Block Manger or an Assistant Block Manager looking to take the next step.
Salary expectations are negotiable and based on the candidates experience
Reporting
Report to the Head of Block Management
Key Responsibilities
Undertaking regular site inspections in accordance with the Management Contract
Proactively communicate with clients, leaseholders and residents
Ensure the developments are maintained to the clients expectations
Ensure relevant insurances are kept up to date
Calculating annual budgets for review of senior management and the clients approval
Issuing Service Charge Budgets & Demands in a timely manner
Issuing Ground Rent Demands in a timely manner
Keeping accurate records for review by the client and senior management
Meeting with clients in accordance with the Management Agreement
Arrange and chair Annual Meetings
Ensuring approved expenditure limits are adhered to
Arrange relevant reports/inspections for Plant Equipment and Health & Safety.
Action points raised in Plant Equipment and Health & Safety reports
Liaise with clients on projects outside of usual maintenance work, obtain multiple quotes for the clients approval
Liaise with multi trade contractors

Using Tramps Block Management Software

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
