Recheck is a startup specialising in inventory services and is eager to expand its operations. Our primary focus involves generating detailed inventory reports for a select group of clients, which notably includes some of London's prominent real estate agencies.

Job Title: Part-Time Property Inventory Inspection Clerk (Ad Hoc Basis):

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Property Inventory Inspection Clerk to join our team on a part-time, ad hoc basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough property inventory inspections and completing detailed reports using Inventory Base, our chosen platform.

This role is perfect for someone who already has their own list of clients and is looking to earn additional income or take on extra jobs on the side. It offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to supplement your existing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed property inventory inspections as requested. Accurately record the condition and contents of properties, noting any damage or wear. Create comprehensive inventory reports using Inventory Base. Ensure all reports are completed to the highest standard and submitted in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with property managers, landlords, and tenants as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:

Proven experience in property inventory inspection. Proficiency with Inventory Base or similar inventory management software. Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable and able to commit to ad hoc assignments with short notice.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or a related field is essential. Familiarity with local property regulations and standards is preferred. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for travel to property sites.

Desirable:

Located in West London or Southwest London, as this is where the majority of the jobs will be.
Work Conditions:

Part-time, ad hoc basis with flexible hours. Must be available to accept assignments on short notice. Inspections may involve travel to various properties within the designated area.
Compensation:

Compensation will be a fixed negotiable percentage of the fee charged to the client. The exact percentage will be agreed upon based on experience and the scope of work.
