We are offering a diverse and challenging role to work within our established and growing Property Management Dept based in Hale or Didsbury but covering parts of Cheshire, South Manchester and High Peak.
We are looking for someone with experience in property management to join are professional to carry out property management duties. Working as part of our successful team, the individual will be responsible for attending our landlords managed properties and reporting on any maintenance issues or tenancy problems. Liaising closely with tenants and landlords, will require someone with great communications skills along with excellent organisational ability.
A full driving licence is required.
