We are looking for a experienced, reliable and professional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. This role requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will ensure our properties are well-maintained and that tenant satisfaction remains a top priority through efficient management and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of residential properties, maintaining high standards for upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct routine property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and concerns, delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
Manage the leasing process, including promoting and upselling available units to prospective tenants.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and recordkeeping, using property management software such as ReapIt.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to schedule and supervise repairs and improvements.
Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy trends, and tenant feedback for internal review.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property management or a similar field is Essential.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in standard office software and data entry.
Experience with property management software ReapIt is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong conflict resolution skills.
Driving Licence is essential
