Mon-Fri 9am-5pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays (10am-2pm)

What You'll Be Doing

Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants Handling repair and maintenance queries with speed and professionalism Organising quotes and coordinating contractors Keeping everyone updated throughout the repair process Conducting interim property inspections and ensuring issues are resolved Managing annual gas and electrical safety checks Maintaining accurate records and property files Supporting landlords with rent reviews, renewals, and tenancy admin Responding to basic account enquiries Spotting and sharing potential sales opportunities Promoting additional insurance products where suitable Managing busy inboxes with efficiency Following check-in/check-out and key-handling procedures Working closely with the customer service team to support tenant requests

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Property Management / Lettings Experience Communicates with confidence and solves problems with ease Is IT savvy (Outlook, Word, Excel) Presents themselves professionally and brings positive energy to the team Can follow ARLA best practices and company processes Holds a

full UK driving licence
