Key Responsibilities
Manage the full end-to-end candidate recruitment process for a range of health and social care roles (including nurses, carers, support staff, and registered managers).
Actively find candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
Build and maintain a steady pool of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Work closely with operations and care teams to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Make sure all recruitment activities meet CQC and legal requirements.
Keep accurate recruitment records and share data and insights with management.
This is a 180 recruitment role, focused on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates -- with no business development or client acquisition required.
Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within health or social care.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Confident using recruitment software, databases, and sourcing tools.
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
Able to travel - mileage/rail reimbursed.
