Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in suitable positions while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to ensure a successful hiring process, contributing to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the business network. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday or PeopleSoft to manage candidate information efficiently. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles. Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.

Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Experience in lead generation techniques to drive business growth. Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous. Knowledge of HRIS systems will be beneficial in managing employee data effectively. A background in human resources is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is crucial.
