I'm working with a fantastic

independent

small animal clinic that's grown quickly within the last 2 years and has recently expanded its premises. With a strong and supportive team already in place, they're now on the lookout for a confident, experienced RVN to step into a

leadership

role working closely alongside their current Head Nurse. This is a brilliant time to join so you can be part of the journey as the practice grows.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who's passionate about training and developing others. The team includes 4 SVNs and 4 VCAs, so there's plenty of scope to really make an impact on the next generation of nurses.

The practice has built everything from scratch - their protocols, their rotas, and most importantly, a genuinely positive, energetic workplace culture. They work hard, support each other, and love to have a laugh along the way. Think team nights out, a real sense of family, and a group that genuinely enjoys coming to work.

The team currently consists of 7 Vets, 4 RVNs, 4 SVNs, 4 VCAs and 3 Receptionists

What they're offering:

Salary up to

35,000

depending on experience CPD encouraged and funded 4 or 5 day week -

flexible

36-38 hours

per week

1 in 4 Saturdays

only (9am-3pm)

No out-of-hours or on-call

25 days holiday + bank holidays Paid gym membership after 3 months
