We are seeking a confident, experienced, and driven
Senior Negotiator
to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established property professional who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be instrumental in driving business growth and securing deals, while mentoring junior team members and representing the company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting property viewings, valuations, and negotiations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, buyers, and landlords
Securing new instructions and converting leads into business
Managing the sales or lettings process from start to finish
Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
Maintaining accurate records using Estate Agency CRM systems
Supporting junior staff and assisting with training where necessary
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
Key Requirements:
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential
(minimum 1-2 years in a similar role)
Strong
