Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are met. Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary skills is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
