We are looking to employ candidates

(For our Paisley Road West Store)

on a part time basis offering (15 -20 Hours Per Week) more hours offered to cover annual leave or sickness

For the ideal candidate we are seeking someone that has a good retail back ground with knowledge in vaping and all its accessories.

We will offer additional training to get you right were we want you and also get you up to speed with all our services ours stores offer.

Flexible and free to work any shifts including weekends

Times of the business is Mon - Sat 8.30am - 6pm & Sun 10am - 5pm

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries. Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register. Organize and restock merchandise to ensure a well-presented shop. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and foster a welcoming environment. Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and maintain shop operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette Experience in cash handling and retail operations Proficient in basic mathematics and time management Excellent organizational skills and merchandising experience Familiarity with the local area and its demographics Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

GCSE or equivalent (required)
