Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping products and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assisting them in selecting the right products, and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that best suit their needs. Demonstrate knowledge of various vaping products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. regular social media content creating from: creating posts, live videos, colabs with other companies etc

Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers confidently. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. A genuine interest in vaping culture and products is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
