We are a small but growing, family-run roofing company based in Cardiff, looking for an experienced roofer to join our team. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, a supportive team culture, and keeping all our work local -- no working away from home.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled roofer with experience across all aspects of pitched roofing. You'll be working on a variety of residential projects across Cardiff and the Vale, with the opportunity to lead a small team and pass on your knowledge to less experienced roofers.

Requirements

Must live in or near Cardiff / The Vale of Glamorgan Experienced in all pitched roof works, including slates, tiles, lead work, and chimney work Single ply membrane experience preferred but not essential Must have own hand tools (all power tools are provided) Ability to lead and train a small team Must be able to pass a medical (including alcohol and drugs test) Physically fit and able to carry out all roofing works
