Experienced Sales Consultant

to join our team.

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced team member, with drive and ambition, you will play a key role in managing and growing our property sales portfolio (having the advantage of uncapped commission earnings). You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, conducting valuations, managing viewings, and negotiating sales to successful completion. This role requires excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively source and secure new property listings Conduct property valuations and appraisals with accuracy and professionalism Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders Coordinate and host property viewings Negotiate offers and close property sales Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends Work collaboratively with lettings, mortgage advisors, and support staff Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the company's reputation

Requirements:



Proven track record in residential property sales (minimum 2-3 years' experience) Excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong knowledge of the local property market Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive mindset Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Familiarity with CRM systems and estate agency software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
