Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Premium Estate Agent with four offices across the East Midlands. We are recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic, talented team on a mission to become the undisputed No 1 agent in the East Midlands and so EA experience (or within the property industry) is essential.
You should be well presented, be an excellent communicator with a passion for property and naturally driven. We are an experienced team and thrive as 'one' ensuring we work in unison to exceed client expectations and help each other to deliver the best possible service and results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will:
A current negotiator or valuer with proven track record
Be smart and engaging with a positive approach
Be determined and hungry to succeed
Work effectively as part of a successful team
Have local knowledge (we cover the broader East Midlands)
Requirements:
Proven, experienced negotiator with ambitious attitude
Organised, confident, passionate and committed
Self motivated but a team player
Outgoing, memorable and enthusiastic
Excellent grammar and vocabulary skills
Broad, local knowledge
Use of Microsoft and agency CRM system ( e.g Vebra an advantage )
Bright, smart and well presented
Hold a full UK driving licence
