Your Role

As a Sales Ledger Executive, you'll take ownership of the sales ledger process, working closely with internal teams and international clients to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily sales ledger activities, including generating and issuing invoices

Allocate payments and maintain accurate customer account records

Monitor aged debt, issue statements, and follow up on overdue accounts

Liaise with clients to resolve queries promptly and professionally

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in a Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable role

Solid understanding of financial processes and reconciliations

Strong organisational and excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Comfortable working with international clients and multi-currency accounts

Experience using accounting systems and Excel

A proactive and enthusiastic team-oriented approach with great attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-35,000.00 per year
