We are working with a highly regarded and well-established estate agency with a strong presence in the Leeds market. They are now seeking an experienced and energetic
Sales Negotiator
to join their successful and motivated team.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for driving sales activity, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Handling enquiries from vendors and arranging market appraisals
Registering potential buyers and understanding their requirements
Marketing properties through multiple channels including online, social media, and an extensive database of buyers
Taking a proactive approach to generating new enquiries and booking viewings
Conducting accompanied viewings and negotiating offers
Working with colleagues to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
Building strong relationships and securing positive customer reviews
General Duties
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
Promoting services to vendors and landlords
Supporting the smooth and professional running of the office
Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00am - 4:00pm) with a day off in lieu
Package & Benefits
Basic salary: 30,000
Uncapped monthly commission (OTE 35,000+)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension scheme after qualifying period
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
At least 12 months' experience in estate agency sales
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
High motivation and resilience under pressure
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
