Job Description
Due to our continued growth, an exciting position has become available for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to work within our prestigious Holt office - one of the most sought-after property markets in the county.
The successful candidate will earn a competitive starting salary, dependant on experience, and be joining one of Norfolk's most respected estate agencies. If you have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, are obsessed by customer service and happy to go above and beyond to support your clients and colleagues, then we want to hear from you.
About the Role
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and colleagues Arrange and conduct viewings, providing knowledgeable advice at every stage Negotiate offers effectively and see sales through to completion Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
About You
Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive in approach Full UK driving licence required

Competitive salary with OTE 35,000 - 40,000.
