The Role

We are seeking an Experienced Negotiator with a proven track record in residential sales to join our friendly team in Wotton-under-Edge. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum 2 years' experience as a sales negotiator in residential estate agency. You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating sales, and progressing transactions through to completion.

This is a full-time position to include every other Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and provide constructive feedback to buyers and sellers Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to securing successful sales Help manage our portfolio of properties, maintaining strong client communication Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other relevant parties Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions Keep up to date with local market trends and property values Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards Collaborate with other team members to achieve collective goals and targets

What We're Looking For

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong local market knowledge (Wotton-under-Edge and surrounding areas desirable) Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude Well-presented, articulate, and professional at all times Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
