Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, and attentive customer service at all times. Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalised experience that exceeds expectations. Confidently recommend and

upsell premium products, treatments, or packages

to maximise client satisfaction and revenue. Handle enquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise customers and promote the right solutions. Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales and service targets.

What We're Looking For

A passion for delivering

with a genuine smile. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proven ability to

upsell and cross-sell

in a way that feels natural and customer-centric. A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within retail, hospitality, or leisure is desirable.
