With demand growing and our ink wizard moving on, we're looking for a

hands-on, experienced screen printer

to join our friendly but busy team. If you've got the energy and experience to help bring order and pace to a busy but exciting printshop -- we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Mix inks to Pantone standards and prepare them for daily production Operate automatic screen printing presses Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace Take ownership of

screen and ink prep

, ensuring jobs are ready ahead of time Collaborate with the print team and support staff where needed Assist with improving planning and tidiness - lead by example Handle fast-turnaround work with confidence and good time management Help reduce misprints, ink waste and production errors

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience

in textile screen printing Solid knowledge of mesh counts, screen prep, coating, exposure and reclaiming Able to

mix water-based inks to Pantone shades

(training provided if needed) Great under pressure - especially when same-day orders come in Tidy, proactive and not afraid to clean up or push for higher standards Good team player - works around others and takes initiative Comfortable working in a high-energy, startup-style environment Can read a job management software and plan ahead without being micromanaged
