Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality prints that meet our clients' specifications. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing vibrant and precise prints on various materials while collaborating closely with the design team to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on a variety of substrates. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications. Prepare screens and inks, ensuring proper mixing and consistency for optimal results. Maintain equipment and workspace, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot printing issues as they arise, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Assist in the development of new designs using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve print quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects). Familiarity with web design principles, CSS, and CAD software is advantageous. Experience in photography or Sketchup is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for creativity and an eagerness to learn new techniques in screen printing.
