We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market. It is essential to have at least three years experience as a Sales Negotiator in Estate Agency and your own car for business use.
Duties
Conduct viewings of properties and provide clients with feedback.
Liaise with vendors and prospective buyers to negotiate terms and facilitate transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our administrative systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and online platforms.
Ensure all listed properties comply with regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Actively tout and canvass for new instructions and properties.

Previous experience in property sales or lettings (essential).
A valid UK driving licence and own car insured for business use.
