Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shutter Installer to join our team in Coatbridge. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom window shutters and blinds, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our legacy of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transforming spaces with precision and care.

Responsibilities

Install window shutters and blinds according to specifications and safety standards. Measure spaces accurately to ensure perfect fit. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features and installation procedures. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times. Assist with site preparation and clean-up after installations.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Shutter installation, carpentry, or related trades. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Valid driver's license is preferred.
