Overview
We are leading supplier and installer of specialist highway and security vehicle restraint systems. As part of our expansion, we are seeking
Experienced TVRS installers / Team Leader / Supervisor,
with potential for career development. Whilst the working shifts are predominately night time working, some occasional day and weekend working will be required, to suit the needs of the business, with crews primarily being dispatched from our Detling depot in Maidstone.The role will require flexibility with working locations and shifts. Candidates may be required to work away, accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to work individually, or as part of a team, with excellent time keeping. Maintaining high levels of delivery and customer service in the following activities
Supervising and mentoring others Barrier installation / removal Crash cushion / terminal and / or road restraint system installation Driving and equipment operation Yard duties
Essential Skills / Qualifications
Full clean driving licence Experience in site construction Team player with a 'can do' approach Health & Safety awareness Flexibility NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Work Based Fencing SSSTS CSCS
Preference will be given to candidates with lorry loader, crane operator, side loader, slinger or banksman experience.

Pay: 25,424.00-34,736.00 per year
