Signage & Vinyl/graphics Installer

33,000.00-37,000.00 per year DOE . + Overtime. + Van

What are we looking for?

A highly organised, talented individual has good knowledge about all types of signs and graphics applications and an excellent eye for detail with a sound understanding of the construction and installation techniques.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a good eye for detail, be practical, and be a great team player.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage clients on-site and clearly communicate timings and installation schedules

Support and liaise with multiple external and in-house production and crew teams

Overseeing the highest standard of finish is achieved on all projects.

Flexible attitude to working times to enable the company to deliver jobs effectively.

Lead installations ensuring the installation is successful, reporting any changes or snagging, and responsible for the final handover and client sign-off

Conduct complete site surveys and provide accurate dimensions and information

Read and understand detailed technical construction drawings and site plans.

Support in-house production & projects team leading up to installation

Application of vinyl, manifestation & large format print to external and internal surfaces

Communicate installation schedules and timelines to ensure all projects are delivered on time and that the client's expectations are met

Delivering post-install reports with photographs

Work closely with clients on-site & Project Managers to ensure installs are completed to the highest standards.

Essential Individual Characteristics

Willing to work individually on projects or as part of a team.

Excel in working in a fast-paced environment & working to tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills liaising with clients and projects team.

A Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a sign & graphics installer.

A Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Good knowledge of various types of signs, including vinyl & large format print

A sound understanding of the applicable installation methods, materials, and safety measures.

Have exceptional attention to detail.

Willingness to work during evenings and on weekends, as needed.

Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labour, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
